Terms of Use

Please read these terms before using this site.

This English text is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.

Article 1 (Application)

These terms set out the conditions for using NAISEI.PAGE (the “Service”). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Article 2 (What the Service Is)

The Service lets you customize, generate and print note templates (PDF) for self-care. The generated PDFs are intended to be printed and filled in by hand.

Article 3 (Accounts)

Some features require account registration. Keep your registration details accurate and manage your login credentials yourself. An account may be used only by the person who registered it. Sharing an account among multiple people is not permitted. The operator is not liable for unauthorized use by third parties, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on the operator’s part.

Article 4 (Scope of Template Use)

A purchase, or provision free of charge by the operator, grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the template for personal use. This is not a transfer of copyright or any other rights. The following are not permitted:

  • Redistributing, reselling, transferring or lending generated PDF data (including uploading it to shared storage)
  • Publishing or distributing the templates in any form that can serve as a substitute for them, such as a high-resolution image showing an entire unfilled template
  • Using them for machine learning or as part of any dataset

You may print as many copies as you like for your own use. Sharing photos or videos of your filled-in pages or of the templates in use on social media, and creating content that introduces or reviews the Service, are also fine.

Use in facilities and workplaces: In medical, welfare, educational, self-help group, corporate and similar settings, you may distribute printed copies free of charge. When doing so, keep the credit line on the page and do not modify the material. Only printed copies may be distributed (please refrain from distributing or sharing PDF data, or selling printed copies).

Article 5 (Medical Disclaimer)

The Service and its templates are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, treatment, counseling or any other professional advice. Self-check results are for observing tendencies and are not medical diagnoses. If physical or mental distress persists or becomes severe, please consult a doctor, counselor or other professional. In an emergency, contact a medical institution or a public helpline immediately.

Some templates, such as worksheets for facing anxiety, can be distressing to use. Do not push yourself, and work with a professional where needed. Beyond the scope of Article 10, the operator accepts no responsibility for outcomes of use based on your own judgment.

Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)

The following are prohibited: (1) interfering with the operation of the Service; (2) unauthorized access, reverse engineering or other analysis; (3) automated collection of generated output or images; (4) infringing the rights of third parties or the operator; (5) conduct that violates laws or public order and morals. In the event of a violation, use may be suspended and accounts deleted without prior notice.

Article 7 (Purchases, Payment and Refunds)

Prices are shown on each template’s page. Payments are processed through Stripe; the operator does not store card details. Owing to the nature of digital goods, returns and refunds after purchase are not accepted. If a generated file is defective, please contact us via the contact form; we will fix it or provide it again.

Repeat generation after purchase (re-customizing and regenerating) is available for as long as the Service is provided.

Article 8 (Changes, Suspension and Termination of the Service)

The operator may change the content of the Service, or suspend or terminate its provision. If the Service is to be terminated, we will endeavor to give notice a reasonable period in advance.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property)

Intellectual property rights in the expression contained in the Service — template designs, wording, illustrations, logos and the like — belong to the operator or their rightful holders.

Some templates draw on widely known methods and findings in psychology, including cognitive behavioral therapy. These terms claim no rights over those methods or concepts themselves. What these terms restrict is the reproduction and distribution of the specific expression used in the Service.

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

The operator does not warrant that the Service is free of factual or legal defects. Where the operator is liable for damages, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages actually incurred by the user, up to the amount the user paid to the Service in the preceding 12 months.

Article 11 (Personal Information)

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 12 (Amendments)

These terms may be amended as necessary. Material changes will be announced on the site, and continued use after an amendment constitutes agreement to it.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator’s location as the court of first instance.
