This site collects only the minimum information needed for you to use the templates. We do not display advertisements. Here is a summary of what we collect and why.
Information we hold
- Email address and name (optional) — when you register as a member, log in, make a purchase, claim a survey thank-you, or contact us
- Things you post — your guestbook display name and message (held on the premise that they will be published), survey answers, and the text of your inquiries
- Access information — cookies, identifiers stored in your browser, IP address, browser type, and similar data
How we use it
- Managing your account and login
- Processing purchases (payments are handled by Stripe; this site never holds your card details)
- Responding to inquiries
- Sending service emails (such as password setup and survey thank-you notices)
- Preventing fraud and misuse
- Improving the service (including analysis of usage)
About the survey
Feedback survey answers are stored without being linked to your name or account. The email address used to send your thank-you is managed separately from your answers.
Third parties and processors
We do not share your information with third parties except where required by law. To operate the site, we entrust processing to Stripe for payments, Resend for sending email, and Cloudflare for site infrastructure.
Analytics
To understand how the site is used, we use Google Analytics (Google LLC), GoatCounter, and Cloudflare Web Analytics. These send access information to each provider via cookies and similar technologies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
